Terms & Privacy
Effective 17 April 2026
Terms of Service
By using The Bureau of Glorious Poster Production (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to make purchases.
Credits & Generation
Each poster generation or edit consumes one credit. New accounts receive five (5) free credits. Additional credits can be purchased in bundles.
Credits are a digital licence to use our generation service. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire if the account is closed.
Image Upload & Generation
You retain ownership of photographs you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to transmit your image to Google’s Gemini API and related processors for the sole purpose of generating poster artwork for you.
Source photographs you upload are not retained on our servers beyond the short-lived cache required to complete the generation request.
Generated Artwork
Generated poster artwork is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download, print, display, and share your posters. We make no copyright claim over generated artwork, but we make no warranty that it is free from third-party claims.
Generated posters are stored in your account so you can re-order prints; you can delete them at any time from your archive.
Orders, Prices & Payments
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prints are produced and shipped by our third-party fulfilment partner, Prodigi.
Refunds — Prints
Prints are made to order and personalised to you, and are therefore exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (reg. 28(1)(b)) once production has begun.
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
You must not upload images of other people without their consent; upload images of minors except for your own children; or use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules and refuse to produce prints that violate them.
Availability & Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated artwork will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@comradecreator.com. On closure, your account data and saved posters will be deleted, subject to any legal retention obligations. Unused credits are non-refundable on voluntary account closure.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or EU, in which case your local courts also have jurisdiction.

Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our database, and using established third-party infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe) who maintain their own security programmes.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If you become aware of any security concern, please contact us immediately at support@comradecreator.com.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the Service from abuse. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is shown.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
